We offer a refund only if there is an error/mistake in our content and the amount for a refund is calculated on the basis of the type and significance of that error. you are eligible for a refund only if you report the error/mistake in content within 48 Hours of Purchasing it.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Your content must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Mention the error/mistake part and the correction made by you.
  • To complete your request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The refund amount is calculated after analyzing the content by our team. The percentage of the Refund amount is calculated on the basis of the type and significance of the error.
  • Transaction Charges, taxes applicable on Transaction Charges, and any other processing/handling charges won’t be refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
